1.Divisional quality management Develop divisional quality strategy and provide E2E quality management to improve customer experience. Review divisional quality metric, drive quality loss program and performance improvement. Manage customer complaint handling, coordinate with cross functional teams to lead the root cause analysis and CAPA. Provide the quality management for design quality on innovation and localization projects. Drive the plant quality culture and capability building. Work and communicate with global quality management. 2.Supplier quality management Support supplier development and qualification in terms of quality based on sourcing strategy. Ensure the end-to-end management of supplier quality and perform quality audit to make sure quality standard and compliance with insourcing contract management. Provide continuous professional hands-on consultancy and expertise to OEM during the qualification and validation phases of new products produced at one of the sites and for commercial production. Support quality oversight for day-to-day production activities, including deviation and CAPA management, escalation of critical issues, and change control. Coach and cultivate OEM plant to enhance the quality awareness and execution capabilities.
